About Mr. Benjamin Tan​

As the Executive Director, Benjamin has led International Cancer Specialists (ICS) in the areas of overall management, operations, strategic planning, and business development since 2016. He has played a key role in leading ICS to greater heights in patient-centred care, ensuring the uninterrupted care and safety for cancer patients throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent lockdowns.

Together with his team of dedicated professionals from diverse backgrounds and talents, Benjamin has led ICS to significant patient growth from diverse sources of referrals, as well as greater efficiencies in its administrative, financial, and operational aspects. Integrity, Competence, and Service are the hallmarks that he envisions ICS to be known for in all that it does for its stakeholders.

Besides his Master’s in Health Services Management, Benjamin is also a certified Project Management Professional, as well as a Certified Fraud Examiner. He has been a healthcare entrepreneur since 2007 and takes delight in always finding new ways to delivering greater value to the healthcare consumer. Specifically, he has pioneered and executed several innovations with regards to enabling greater healthcare access through technology, as well as ensuring the integrity of medical billing throughout the entire healthcare journey of patients.
