Icon - Vennecation

Venesection

Too many red blood cells in the body can cause many problems such as having an increased risk of blood clots forming in the blood vessels for example. A venesection is a relatively convenient procedure that will reduce the red blood cells in your body to safer levels.

Icon - Stemcell

Stem Cell Therapy

Also called regenerative medicine, Stem Cell Therapy encourages the recovery of damaged or unhealthy tissues using Stem Cells or their derivatives obtained from sources such as Cord Blood. Our Stem Cell Therapies are headed by Dr Toh, one of the pioneers of Bone Marrow Transplant surgeries and Cord Blood in Singapore.

Icon - Apheresis

Apheresis

Our blood contains multiple components like red blood cells, white blood cells and plasma amongst others. If a certain component in the blood is diseased, apheresis can be done to remove that particular component in the blood and in certain cases, supplanted with a replacement solution.

Icon - Consultation

Consultation and Investigation for Blood Disorders

There are many different types of blood disorders. Some common ones are anaemia, haemophilia, and blood cancers, like leukaemia and lymphoma, for example. There are many symptoms associated to each of these disorders and it is important to get an accurate diagnosis from a qualified doctor if you believe that you have a blood condition.

Icon - Counselling

Counselling for Blood Disorders

In addition to the stresses of dealing with a blood disorder, we understand that undergoing treatment for blood disorders might also cause additional fear and anxiety for some. With our support team having much experience counselling patients undergoing treatment, we stand ready to alleviate any of your concerns that you might have through counselling.

Chemotherapy

The most well-known form of cancer treatment. By delivering the treatment drugs into the bloodstream via intravenous drip, or via orally administered chemotherapy in the form of pills or capsules, chemotherapy weakens or kills fast dividing cells like cancer cells. Any side effects will be actively managed together with the specialist team.

Icon - Diet Health

Dietary Care

Dietary care is a component of cancer treatment that can help manage symptoms and improve overall health. A balanced diet can provide the necessary nutrients to support the immune system, prevent weight loss, and improve energy levels. Our partner dietitians, such as from Singapore Cancer Society, can work with patients and our healthcare team to develop a personalized nutrition plan that meets their specific needs and goals.
